19 here in BC, Canada to be able to purchase alcohol, and purchase tobacco.

in australia you can smoke at ANy age BUT.. u must be 18+ to purchase them

Same thing anywhere basically. I mean in Canada you can be smoking a cigarette by a cop, and only be like 10 and they won't care BUT you need to be 19 to purchase them AND have them in possession. As if you are underage and have them in possession, that's illegal.

Well, in England you're not allowed to smoke in Closed, public places, like pubs, bars, nightclubs etc.
No limit to smoke.
18 to buy them.

I don't smoke or drink, so I don't need to worry about that
