What's up with posh

Hey guys,
I was away for a few days and before leaving I initiated a trade with @Posh (http://www.forumkorner.com/user-44409.html), PP to BTC transfer.
Apparently he didn't reply after I sent him the money and now when I am back he's banned.
Can anybody please tell me why was he banned ?
