What's wrong with this user?

It is very obvious that this user is trying to scam me, or has bad anger issues. Can everyone take a look at these please?

That was when I lashed back in a reply. But that isn't needed considering this post is to call his bitch ass out. He even threatens me. "Wait until I find you're Skype, just wait." Can anyone help explain to me how dumb this user is? And if that rep is even allowed.
And he literally just changed his username back to Chats. -_-
Edit: This isn't a scam report or whatever. I'm just confused, because I know he attempted to scam me it's obvious. He changes his username, after I deny, he changes it back to Chats...

any of the people I tagged, can you help explain if him threatening me or attempting to scam me should result in some sort of ban? I haven't read the rules to the point it includes these things. Any help?
The main part of my issue here is how he negative reps me for no fucking reason.

"Crying" I'm just disappointed there are members that will neg rep over a deal that didn't go through. And that's not the point, we can use a mm, if you get the right currency. I don't care whether a mm is used with pp or not, I specifically wanted btc. I told you that in a pm, and that's when you neg repped me saying I wouldn't use a mm. Lmfao. If you get btc, we can deal with a mm. But if you would be kind enough to resolve this and take away your rep on me that makes no sense. If you don't it's fine.
