The only way is to contact Philly. Just send him a PM. Its probably a mistake

Sounds like a permission error with your group, I would contact the site administrator, Philly and ask him.

Philly stated when the new theme came out, that every signature had to be transparent, if it wasn't you would be stripped of your signature privaleges. Try PM'ing him? Hope I helped.
