Where are most trades / deals done and how exactly does a MM work for u deal onsite

Let's say you wanted to trade with another member. The trade is to switch usernames for any SM such as Instagram. So you pm the other member asking ig he or she wants to trade. You guys both agree to trade. What exactly happens afterwards? exchange usernames onsite or go on Kik and do the trade their or on aim? Really confused...
And anothet question is do MM's mm over kik aim or onsite.

Don't swap names, that's silly. Trade the whole account, otherwise either you or the other user might get screwed. Also, deals can happen anywhere, but you should ask for proof of them being who they say they are by having them message you.

Verify that the mm is who they say they are. I was once about to do a deal and Chill was supposed to be the mm, but it was a scammer pretending to be him. Do not do any deals without confirming who it is and what the deal is specially so their are no loops holes. Also, just because a person is "trusted" does not necessarily mean you should personally trust them. The mm will secure and verify all accounts or money being used in the deal.
