Where should I get def up?

Hey guys, i'm trying to get my def up to 60, it's 45 right now, but the rock crabs always have a lot of people or a cannon.

My skills are
30 att.
45 str.
45 def.
42 hp.

I think there are some monsters in Strong Security that you could kill.

Giant Spiders are okay for training on.
They may be called something else, they're in the green part of the stronghold.
