VLC is a free and open source cross-platform multimedia player and framework that plays most multimedia files as well as DVD, Audio CD, VCD, and various streaming protocols.

1. MiniTheatre - Hosts Download Links - Mostly MKV - The Best
2. AnimeTake - Variety of Download Links - Mostly MP4/AVI - Average
3. Zone-Anime - Many Download Links - Mostly MP4/AVI - Average
4. The Hylia - Direct Downloads - 5/Day - AVI - Average

Sorry, I didn't like yours so I made one simpler, that will suffice for any anime watcher. I started downloading codecs and managers myself but I find that Firefox works fine and is much simpler and VLC will play anything and more than codecs can provide.
With this I've watched hundreds of anime episodes, for a couple years, so it's not like I don't have any experience either.
