Where to register domain with unverified paypal?

Does anyone know where can we register domain with unverified paypal? Don't say namecheap coz my friend's paypal got limited while he was trying it from Namecheap. I heard name.com allows unverified paypal but can't be sure. So, if you have registered a domain through unverified paypal or have some knowledge regarding it, then please let me know. Thanks.

It isn't cheap, but I don't think you need a verified PP.

You don't need a verified paypal and their support is just awesome!

I know you said not to mention it but I have 4 domains registered with them and my PP hasn't been limited yet.

Namecheap definitely allows you to register a domain with an unverified paypal.

Namecheap accept unverified paypals, I've bought a domain from them without any problems.
