Where to start?

I literally know nothing about recovering, phishing, or any other method to get RS accounts, or gold. The thing I can do is RAT; I'm a former member of the RATs Crew of HF. :}
Can somebody help me out with recovering or phishing? I would RAT, but I need to get a crypter, and I'm low on cash. That's why I wanna get involved in recovering and whatnot, because I know certain people will buy rares, or gold.
