I haven't seen him in a while. I went onto his profile, and saw that he was banned again. What happened?

I heard he said something to Philly that he shouldn't have said. I could be wrong but that just what I heard.

He won a giveaway with that posting contest, but was banned at the time it ended, once he got back he wanted the price he won of Philly, but in the rules there was like "if you spam or get banned, you will be discualified"
So he keep on asking on trying Social Engineering to get it, so Philly banned him
