Simple thread since this section is dry, which word do you use? 
Spelt or Spelled

Example #1: You spelt that wrong.
Example #2 You spelled that wrong.

I don't know, that's a good question. I think I use both, it will just come out as I'm saying it. Not too sure which one is the correct way though, unless they're both correct.

I'd rather say "you spell this word incorrect when you attempt to spell it: <insert word>." which is also correct.

They're both words, but one is used primarily in one country and one is used in another.

I'm glad you still voted Spelt, I would of had to kill you if you didn't.

in that format you chose as the example, spelled sounds better for me.

Come to think of it, I use spelt only when its concernning myself.. .

I spelt concerning wrong.

I believe I use both but more often I use spelt because that's what I was taught to use growing up.
