Which one?

Decided to switch things up a bit and get myself a new avatar and/or new sig. Debating on which render I should use, so I wanted to see which one you guys liked best.

I'm kinda leaning towards #4 or #6, but which one do you think I should use?
I'll post the final result whenever it is finished.
Note: This shall not be another one of my noob creations. I plan on doing as much work on this as possible.
