@leafyishere i've made that goal for the past 3 summers, learned that you just have to get up and start, not just say you're going to and never go through with it.
Last summer i took it pretty serious but im starting to get back in the mood hence the fact that its summer and ill have my shirt off alot.. dont get me wrong im not weak as hell but a consistent work out routine helps out tremendously. i just need to motivate myself to. My neighbor has a weight bench at his house and i use it every now and then but he just got locked up so ive been doing military presses pushups and using the dumbbell in reps.. it works.. better than nothing atleast.. the main thing i need to start doing is running so i can get in condition.
