Hard question there Philly. To be honest, I really have no clue. I hope everything gets resolved soon though.
Whoever did it, was for sure experienced or knew what he was doing.

It was probably a crazy mother fucker with experience with bombs! Most likely a psycho war veteran that got his legs blown off in a past war and he proabably had dreams about doing a marathon but can't because of his legs so he proabably decided to take revenge on his country and blow someone else's legs off that was living his dream of being a fast runner.. That's my theory

I have two theories.
1. It was a domestic attack from some crazy mother fucker.
2. It was the Saudis.

It wasn't the Saudis. It was the government, it's all about the gun control policy.
What I think will happen:
There will be a no gun law, which means they will have professionals with specially trained dogs to sniff out the gun powder, then take all of the guns. A militia will start to form, which there already is a few out there who are willing to fight. After they try get rid of most of the guns, there will be about .01% of Americans with guns. Since we are in debt so much, a foreign country will most likely buy out our country or we get taken over by another country, such as North Korea and it will be like the movie Red Dawn (I think that's what it's called, not really sure). The important people will be saved, but actually they will be "killed". I think the important people that were "killed" will be taken to a much safer country. I have more, but I don't feel like typing it all as I am taking a shit.

The government and the illuminati are not behind this. I can't tell if everyone's being serious or trolling.

I'm guessing it was either a simple domestic attack or terrorist attack, they seem to be the most rational, but I'm not pointing fingers until I see evidence or the FBI finds the person(s) responsible for this for I trust their decision.

I watched the press conference live and they have two suspects. The user Pluto told me that he thinks the 2nd suspect lives in Indiana. Because he was wearing a hat from his local college there.

I heard it was the Saudi Arabian's, correct me if I'm wrong but I believe they are responsible for this attack. I'am not going to make any solid assumptions until I see some proof from the FBI though.

Yes it is over. It was on CNN. You can just search it.

It was the FBI who had this conference. But it doesn't make sense. They just have two suspects. Random suspects. But the link you posted has be to believe that the government is behind this. The FBI said they have suspicion that is was those two suspects but it doesn't make any sense how it was them. I do believe that the government planned this. They are just covering up the fact that they did it. The thing is that they told the public to search for these guys. And if someone knows them then what happens to them? Idk. They might be correct. They wouldn't just do that. But I still believe it was the govt.
