This is a site related question on where I should go and who I should go to about getting insane deals on shoutouts for my PERSONAL/PRIVATE instagram.

I'm not looking for someone that bots, nor am I after anyone who does an automatic like botting and shit, I'm after those who do amazing cheap deals on shoutouts. Tag the user below and/or there thread.

Yeah its like reasonable, if not you can also ask @Depict as he's lil terio or something.
