I reset the Twitter @mad, no one knew, attempted to swap it. Got turbo'd.

I didn't tell a soul, this is some japanese kid who owns @cat.

So i'm guessing he has a list of words and the program checks if it becomes available and it picks it up?

Because surely he didn't know I or anyone else was going for it.

I filled a form using the account that @mad was on saying that it was hacked and the handle was changed, you think it will work?

Hmmm... I think what you explained is a little less believable than a Twitter turbo'er. Considering the Japanese fella speaks about ruby, c#, and arch linux. I don't doubt for one second that there is a Twitter turbo'er.
