If you sit and think what the term "Turbo" means you will soon see that it does not just simply rely to "The GT Scene". Whether the Japanese person has a program or machine running to get these twitters. He is still by all means turbo'ing them.

I've seen this guy all around on other forums, well not him directly. I've seen hate thread about it. He gets a whole bunch of random OG twitters, and he pisses off the people who attempt to swap them. I never have swapped a twitter before in my life, nor do I plan to since this guy has come along with his bull. But it sucks you lost that Twitter, would be worth a bunch.

What do you think a gamertag turboer is? It's a web based automated auto clicker, where you put in the username, and it auto clicks for you. Therefore, the program he uses, is a twitter turboer because it auto clicks for him. You just made yourself look like a fool.
