You looking for a good RBA, RDA, or a simple Sub-Ohm Clearomizer where you fill it with juice and go?

Are you also looking for a mechanical mod, a box mod, or a regulated mech mod / regulated box mod?

Or are you looking for like a basic vapor pen? (eGo, KangerTech, VisionSpinner, etc.)
