Philly will reply, it takes 1-2 days usually, but he will always eventually reply. He has a fuck ton to do so don't blame him for that.

He never chose the winners, but I would have won since I was the only participant. Amazon gc and refund service.

You should give him sone time and also not call his contest fake before he hits you with that -500.
