ok so earlier i sold a username to a user on another site, and it got terminated about an hour after it went into his posession. He's expecting ME to compensate for HIS mistake, so whos in the wrong? should i compensate him?

well thats the thing, im not planning on compensating but hes insisting that i compensate him because its somehow MY fault that his account got terminated.

Did it specify on why it got terminated? If not it's not your fault. Then again if it got terminated for being sold (like YouTube's do) then I think you should.

They couldn't have caused it to be terminated within an hour. It's undoubtedly your fault, and you should help him out, rather than being an ass.

you obviously dont understand how instagram works, he uploaded a picture of soft core porn which violates the ToS for instagram, so hold my dick kid.

Did you have some sort of ToS I've came across this on another forum but yet I had a ToS for this so it was all good.

You should have mentioned that in the op, obviously it's not your fault & you have no reason to compensate him.
