Why can't I post in Marketplace?

Is there a rule, or a post limit that I'm unaware of?

I want to sell a Ghost Recon Future Soldier Closed Beta Key for Xbox 360, but won't let me create thread.

You need 25 post out of the marketplace before your able to post in the marketplace.

Ahh no wonder I couldn't post there, I was like What The F? I haven't done anything wrong? Thanks for sharing that we need 25 posts, I didn't see it in the rules.

Wait are you sure its 25 posts? I have over 25 and still can't post there. Strange...

25 OUTSIDE the marketplace and even then you might need to PM philly
