Why did my PayPal account get limited?

Okay.
I have received 3 payments.
Two via EBay, both totaling in just over $400, and one from the user Durantula for an xbox account, $20.

With that I've sent about $40.
$10 to Kyle to get into Element.
$20 for a membership to a site.
$10 for an eBook.

My PayPal got limited and it said 'Need to know more about a few transactions'.
So I email them and they deny my appeal and close my account...

Sooo I cant send money or withdraw it to my bank....

Why? Why are PayPal such scamming cunts.

Can anyone help.

Did you use fake information for your account? Do you have more then one account? Was the ebay money from a legit sale?

When you create your account and it gives you the option, business, personal etc, don't click the one that lists buy and sell online because it will end up going limited go personal, I've done that and have had no problems.

I have a Premier account and it is fine.

If you are doing legitimate business and have all real information there should be no problems. So far they have been good to me even when my PP was hacked they reversed all transactions.

Yes the items that I sold have been via eBay.

I am 16 but I'm using my mothers information and she is fine with it. (Her name, age, email etc.)

Well they cannot look into my account as it has my mothers name and I'm a male... Which is fucking stupid.
