Why did you start to play Runescape?

Well i started because my friends got on to play and then i tried it out and got into it and then goes on.

How about you guys? Like to hear your stories and do you still like playing Runescape?

My friend showed me it back in 05 or something, they had been playing a month and within 2 days I was where they were at =)

Though it took me a week (not included in the 2 days) to finish tutorial island. Fucking gate at the start after the fishing pond would never open -.-

It didn't tell me I had to fish :'(

Don't worry im one of the oldies of Runescape aswell, i started playing in 2005
and yeah i played the runescape with the 2d graphics as well

AHAH, love it but i was thinking more bronze than mith and iron

or maybe even the training shield and sword,

which did happen, one level 3 was like OMFG rare shield and sword and it was just the training shit :L

When did they get training shields? Must of been after a few years when i quit. I don't remember anything like that.
