You went in a few different directions, but I'll attempt to tackle the second paragraph.
Well personally, I believe that objective right and wrong doesn't exist naturally, rather we as humans form universal morals. We create categorical imperatives to ensure that society does not fall apart. We universally posit that murder is wrong, because if posited that murder is right, then society would lose trust in each other, people would fear each other, etc: society falls apart. As humans, all our actions should be based on fulfilling our personal moral duty to society.
Now, I don't believe negativity (as long as it's reasonably so) is a bad thing. People should be able to speak negatively, as long as it is in a peaceful manner, ie you can protest about how much you hate something, as long as you aren't inflicting physical pain or inciting a panic.
