Why does this happen?

Why does this happen? When I am not signed in, I am on Desktop mode, but, when I sign in, I am on Mobile mode. Could someone tell me why this is happening?

Yeah this happens to me because I only use mobile. Usually I log out and login a few times then it'll return to normal.
