Why I just realized/think mage pking f2p fails

Well I recently made a pure mage and I thought I was the shit getting 200 addy arrows, but now I realize it's a total waste.

Why ? Because when you're mage pking you spend like 1mil on death runes and all your supplies, to get a 20k drop. Then you run out to find out you've made little to no profit.

In general, f2p pking fails unless you fight someone who isn't a complete dickwad.
Many if not all f2p players who pk are not experienced in pking nor in runescape and therefore, they run and safe to protect a measly 50k!

I love kids who sit in level 1 and run after they hit, it's the most fucking annoying thing in the world.

Today I was in Edge on f2p (My accounts I use are f2p, though I have 2 mems) and I went up to a lvl 16 (I was 17) and I said "Fight?"

Kid replies, "No I only fight people my levels"

I was like are you serious? So the kid replies with "ur just mad"

I was like

FUCK YEAH IM MAD WTF SOLKRJ#)(
 
F2P is why Runescape got so bad reputation all you do is stand and wait to hit sometimes you switch weapon and eat in pking.
P2P pking is a total different thing you will need to constantly switch armor,special attack,use spells like vegance and drink potions you cant leave it for a second u can get killed within a few seconds.
 
Free to play PvP just sucks. The profits are lame, the players (normally) are lame, and the loots are lame.
 
Well Runescape f2p pvp > WoW PvP from the vids I've seen IMO.

Yeah though, pvp in f2p does fail, I still like it though. Too low of lvl to get mems, plus I can't even afford =p
 
don't f2p pk at all lol, completely stupid.
 
I had a 20 attack 80 str pure on F2p, was tons of fun.

Mages are a waste. I did like to fight them though, got all their runes.

WoW pvp is more difficult and complex than rs pking, don't know why you're saying f2p pvp on rs is better than WoW -.-

It really does, because people will just predict your hits. Pretty useless.
 
dual arena is retarded because of all the stakers with great skills

I dont understand WoW and I played it once at my friend's when I was like 10 and it was too weird

do you get loots for killing? i know about the arena
 
Around level 65-75 combat, pures will usually stay and fight. Some safe, but then again - Who doesn't?

My F2P pker is 40-90-1-85-15-65, and 79 HP. At those stats, I'm raping the wild and making a decent profit from it. As you can see, I have 65 mage because as you stated, mage pking isn't profitable.
 
I safe, and I really don't care if someones gonna be pissed off.

I usually don't run unless the person isn't skulled or something
 
I f2p pked before old wildy when it was worth it because it didn't matter that they were only risking 200k, I once got a drop of 600k which I was happy about (I was poor then ). Soul wars botted that account to 40-69-1 and 80 range or something like that, I barely ever died and I ripped shit up range 2hing.
 
I ko somany people with my range 2h. Not sure why I can kill higher levels because my str is only like 38 or something (Attack 40,) so I guess the Rune might help some. Then my range is only 49 (I'm level 37).
 
F2P pk is solely reliant on people who have never really pk'ed for real,
by that i mean that they dont fight till death, they run away, they dont risk...
