Why is @Homie unbanned?

He has still not compensated me. @Philly said himself that all users must be compensated in order for the user to return.

This is the exact reason @Ride was banned, for failing to compensate one of the members that was scammed under his name. If @Homie was unbanned w/o compensating me, then it's only fair that @Ride is unbanned as well.

YOU never originally asked for compensation, I kik'd you the next day and spoke to you about it, you said you understood and weren't worried about compensation. Why would you wait to now to post this? After I've been unbanned, re bought all my upgrades and my old group. Anyway I have sent you a PM to how much compensation you would like, hoping you don't take advantage, it is also half 1 in the morning and I have an exam today. I am going to sleep now, please reply to the PM

Edit: People need to stop blaming me for it, Miguel was on Skype to @heaven while he was using my fk and put him in my group etc. The IP's matches the ones we resolved from his Skype.
