Why is sense of humor important?

I'm just wondering, many are just looking for a best techniques to build a relationship,but I think one of the best thing to get and to strengthen relationship is to have a sense of humor. I like those people that makes me laugh when I'm around them.Do you agree with me on this one? How do you think sense of humor helps in building relationships?

You are right sense of humor is very important. For us girls, If a guy can make us laugh then he is a nice prospect to be a boyfriend. It is very true and very observable. Try looking at pretty girls that marry not so handsome guys. Mostly they fell in love of that guy because that guy makes them laugh.

Sense of humor is important because you can make people happy if you have good sense of humor. You can take all the sadness of a person because of that sense of humor. I envy comedian people because they have lots of sense of humor inside of them hehehe.

good day to you, yes it is considered also as a great factors to build a relationship because some of ladies inlove their boyfriend for being have a sense of humor.

Its very important.. otherwise life would be very dull boring.. you should have at least bit of sese of humor.. we cant be a serious person every minute in our life..humors make you laugh and it good for your healthwise as well

Most definately!!!! When the meal is over and there is that silent ackward moment when either person is trying to think of the next conversation topic,a very appropriate funny joke or past happening just creates the relaxed atmosphere most needed.

Couples, whether long-term or newly formed, need to know that the other person finds them humorously compatible. We need that ego boost that we get when the other person truly finds us acceptable when we open our mouth to speak. We want to know that we are appreciated beyond the physical actions that are shared. And it is so true that "Laughter is The Best Medicine". If we can make others laugh, from the gut, with us and not at us, and we are comfortable enough around them that if they are laughing at us, we can truly laugh with them at the same time, then we have a successful relationship, whether it be with friends or a loved one, they are keepers.

I love that, sense of humour is some thing that we can always appreciate. Most people do not understand it. They think bad of people with lots of sense of humour and even mock them. But for me I love people with sense of humour and being a Punjabi, I can even laugh on myself.

The ability to laugh at ourselves and see humor in our tragi-comic lives sometimes is salvivic. I don't mean that everything should be a big joke. It is not. But being able to laugh, sometimes even in the midst of very unfortunate circumstances, can help tremendously.

Yes I agree with you most of the people would really want to be with those who have sense of humor to make the conversation lively and thus making it easy to be comfortable with the person you are dealing with

It is important that in the relationship there's a sense of humor. It makes the relationship better and not boring. It gives a good and much better relationship. The relationship will be tougher and interesting. Based on my experience, I'd like to have an interesting relationship and not silent. I want it not boring.

could be yes, could be not.., why?? because there is some short tempered person that can be easily to angry if there is some joke straight to him/her, but if to the normal one maybe that could be a great things to build relationship

a good sense of humor is one of the most important human qualities. Because of the sense of humor people can make friends easily. According to my experience most of the people love to spend time with the person who has very good sense of humor. And sense of humor really helpful to boost the mood.

Laughter is the best medicine. It also decreases the manifestation of age on our faces when we often smile or laugh. It keeps us in a happy disposition. So why would sense of humor not be important?Also in a conversation, it spices up the interest of other people to listen attentively to you. Ever wonder why most comedians get the hottest chicks?One factor is because they make these girls laugh.It makes them more appealing and interesting that's why.

yeah, i definitely agree with you there. i also think that having a sense of humor is really important in order to not spoil a moment with your friends. by having this, you can make as many friends as you like. you'll also find a way to just relax and have fun. i love hanging out with friends who are fun to be with. but what i like with my friends is that, they are serious when it's time to be serious and they know how to have fun if everybody needs and wants to have fun evil:evil:
