I don't understand what you're asking. Your thread is titled "Why is this?" And your poll is titled "who is one more"
I think you're asking why regular members are on more then staff? Multiple reasons.
1- time difference.
2- schedules
3- There are more regulars then staff members.
Is there a problem you're having that you wish staff would deal with at an earlier time? I'm usually on the site so feel free to PM me.

Not if they are busy with something else, besides right now there is only about 7 active members maybe? Max. They don't have to keep up with much stuff around here, yet. Once many members start getting active then yes, thats when we will need them.
