Why Nokia has not Produced a Windows Mobile

Hi Friends I am amazed that a branded and popular company like Nokia did not yet produced a windows based phones in the market, why and what could be the reason for that??

Small Indian Brands like Micromax they produced both Android as well as Windows and available in the market but why not Nokia??

I think they do not have the Technology? Lolzzz

I think Nokia doese'nt want to share their profit with other companies. Because i think microsoft get paid for every phone that's get sold with windows mobile operating system.
But can be other motivations too but that's what i think.

I think they are selling good number of mobiles with there symbian operating system & they have also used maemo operating system in some mobiles like n810 but the os failed so i think they are updating there symbian os regulerly.

i think nokia is one of the best company in india i think all companies have there own policies and they are happy with that

i guess this is because of nokia don't know how to make windows phones lol anyways i guess nokia what to keep its prestige so that don't want to make something like that but i guess there is a nokia pad which has windows
