I have found many threads with their referrals links of different earning sites.Better to put referrals link in the threads and reply in this Monetization Methods section why not to create a section for advertisement.If we create the advertisement section user will advertise their referrals link in this section and payment to this section make zero.And the rules that not to put the referrals link in the user signature and in the thread and reply.
