Why don't you guys ban IP address? That would make it a lot harder for scammers to comeback, or just straight multi's.

The Staff work extremely hard to make ForumKorner better then all of the other communities and the work they do is outstanding. Remember that scamming is an offence and you know that! Just think of what it takes to come back, and how easily it could be done. Two examples:
- VPN (Virtual Private Network)
- Proxy Server
It is extremely easy and there would necessarily be no point in doing so. Also, the scammer may want to create a Pardon Request.

Absolutely no one can register more than once with the same Ip anyways, so banning IP's does absolutely nothing on besides block them from accessing the site, which too is extremely pointless as someone can do two clicks and be back on the site anyways with a proxy or vpn. If someone wants to multi or ban evade they can, and there is nothing me, or anyone else can do about it.
We can slow down the process, and that is guaranteed it. If you or anyone else think for a second that they know of a way to guaranteed stop multi accouters or ban evaders, by all means lets hear it!
