Vaccine is actually an anti-biotic treatment technique in which dead becteria are used to kill the becteria in the body so it may be not successful as it is very complicated technique.

Maybe, the virus has mutated. Or maybe, the vaccine that was given to people, may have been already outdated that there have been more powerful virus that current vaccines cannot treat. This is especially true with the flu virus.

There are two main reasons for failure of immunizations: (1) failure of the vaccine delivery system to provide potent vaccines properly to persons in need; and (2) failure of the immune response, whether due to inadequacies of the vaccine or factors inherent in the host. The first category is by far the most important worldwide. The major factor contributing to failure of the delivery system is failure to vaccinate; in the developing world this is commonly a result of inadequacy of the vaccine supply. Other important factors include barriers to immunizations, improper use of vaccines, vaccine ineffectiveness at the time of use, and factors relating to client attitudes and knowledge. Failure of the immune response may be either primary or secondary (loss of protection after initial effectiveness). The shortcomings of existing vaccines must not deter us from taking maximal advantage of their benefits.

I really don't like getting vaccines, usually because of getting a needle in me, but the fact that they literally give you dead bacteria, inject you with it, it's basically like giving you the disease already. I find that not helping...

Vaccines are the key to the lower bacteria to health up to and became anti bacteria's,when the diseased bacteria is more powerful than the anti bacteria, when they are defected the vaccines are said to be not effected.!

Vaccines are the old method of treating disease. Like in olden days people suffering from small pox used to get vaccine made from cow pox virus. It may be the dead virus has outdated or cannot compete with the new virus. Or after detecting virus in the body the bactering became more powerful.
