Out of curiosity why do moderators get ex-staff? Technically speaking they were sectionals not global staff. It shouldn't apply to them... There also should be a duration that you have to be on the team to get it... Otherwise kids like Kyle say they've been mod for a whole 45 days and "step down" from doing nothing on the webmaster section....

Ocean then change staff to super moderator and that will make sense, else ex staff is referring to the "Staff" found on te forum team.
