I will be creating and selling a brief and very simple E-book on how to never get successfully chargebacke'd on PayPal ever again, it's completely legal and any normal 13 year old could understand this method, the price will be 10$ via PP or LR.

Only because I didn't implement this method on the buyer, he was "trusted" so I thought it was a waste of time :L

Well if I remember correctly, there were a number of ways they stated. Oh and this is only for virtual goods. If you want to prevent getting charged back for something like an E-book, that is very easy to win every time by using something like uploadnsell.

Alright, so for virtual goods you can have them send a note stating who they are, that this payment is for virtual goods, and that they won't reverse this transaction. Have them send you an email confirming who they are and make sure it is the same email they use for their PayPal. Also, you can use something like TeamViewer to make sure that they use funds on PayPal and not a credit card via PayPal because it is much harder to stop a charge back if done via their credit card company.

What I stated above is just the basics of it. Still looking for the original guide...

Well you did name a few things I was planning on putting on the E-book but there's another way to completely prevent getting chargebacked

Oh you can also refund the person $0.01 before they charge you back and if they attempt to charge back you just claim "already refunded" and PayPal will give you the win. lol

Also, when you talk to a person from PayPal on the phone make sure you tell them that the person purchased an intangible item. They will simply say thanks and let you know that they are closing the dispute for you.

Another thing you can do is include TOS saying that the goods are non refundable.

There are also some common sense things you can do. Like have them confirm "delivery" of the goods. Same thing as before, get them to use the same email as their PayPal email stating that they have received the goods and that they are as they were described. That they are happy with the purchase and whatever else you want them to put.

If you are saying "Why would they confirm delivery if they want to charge back and already have the goods?" well the answer is because you should be using a middle man! If you use a middleman that means he can send the payment knowing that you no longer have the goods and the middleman does and that the middleman will give him the goods once the payment is confirmed. Have them agree to send this confirmation email before actually receiving the goods from the middleman.

No, you can't just tell them that. I've tried and they instantly closed it in the other persons favor.

I'm just throwing out some things that I've read other places. I think the best option would be to choose a good combination of the things I've said in order to protect yourself.
