Hey,

As you may or may not know, Windows 7 Service Pack 1 has been released, that's the first SP (Service Pack) since Windows 7 has been released, however there's not anything overally exciting in it, it's basically a compilation of bug fixes, security fixes and performance tweaks, the most significant points about it are as follows:

* A bug fix for HDMI audio devices that stopped working after restarting the computer

* Corrected behavior when printing mixed-orientation XPS documents

* Changed behavior of the "Restore previous folders at logon" functionality so that all folders are restored to their previous position, rather than in cascading order based on the most recently active folders.

It may not look great, but it's still quite an important update, I would recommend you install it. To do so, go to Start --> Run and click 'Windows Update', from there it's quite self explanatory.

I've just installed it, working great so far.

Thanks.

I thought you switched to Ubuntu. You said that earlier, right?

On topic, I still use XP. Not interested in windows 7.
