Windows Defender---Is that Enough for PC Security

Hi Friends I want to ask you that windows defender which comes in built in the windows vista or windows 7, Is that enough to keep your computer clean from viruses and all, Please reply my friends

no i dont think so that it is enough u should install a good antivirus soon. good luck buddy

If anyone honestly believes that windows defender only is good enough you must think twice. It's just a showoff utility for windows os, you need an expert antivirus system to be safe. So get one today.

There was a patch that I downloaded, hoping to get this software's full version for free. The patch worked though, but the thing is, Windows Defender didn't do anything, such as warning me that I am using a variant, trojan or something that is malicious or not good for my PC.

Used the same patch again, this time using ESET NOD 32. Can you believe it? I got warned like 20 times, and it kept cleaning the PC for 5 consecutive minutes.

So using only Windows Defender is not enough. I personally think using security software from Microsoft is lame.

Get AVG security, it's the best security in the whole world. Top notch, mine is registered because I have a fake key lol.

it should not be enough, you better get the real antivirus that have everything in it.

Windows Defender is not enough because there is a lot of virus developed so you need an anti virus software to protect you computer totally.

windows defender is crap and will not keep your pc protected. i used nod32 and have never had any problems with viruses.do not buy nortan because this is no good

You always should install an antivirus on a Windows computer, just look around there are many free ones like: AVG, Avira, Avast etc. Just install it and you will defend you computer alot more then only using Windows defender!

No that is certainly not enough for you Windows protection ! Go download a free Anti-Virus i suggest Avast , or Avira . Take my advice and do that, and also download Malwarebytes' to have full PC protection. I hope i helped you !

You should definitly use an antivirus! If you don't you should not go on the internet because most likly you will get many viruses from their without antivirus.

nope windows defender isnt enough to keep our pc clean from viruses and bacteria.
We need to use a top notch anti virus to keep our pc secured at top stage.
