Wireframes!

So I have just started a user interface design class this quarter, and was wondering how you guys like to get your ideas down? Like do you start with pan and paper, or just jump right into a program like photoshop?

I listen to music and look at random related things on Google until ideas pop in my head. And then normally I just wing it from that point!
