Woke Co-lead spot for Loyal

So I will start this thread at a non bias view. Woke is now acting like we are enemies for reasons related to money that I will get into in a jiffy.

Woke did not like the idea of me selling Loyal. I of course am selling Loyal for money issues relating to me owing a person money. I came to the conclusion early on that I will sell a group. I decided that it would be right to sell Loyal or Curse. Woke aim'd me earlier today and asked this:
yo can i have my money back since you're selling the grups?
the $50 I paid :/

My response in summary:
I may give you some money back but, not full payment back. I don't think it is right for me to give you any money at all because you got what you paid for.

His response in summary:
I bought co leading spot and now you are taking it away.

My response in summary to that:
You got what you paid for.

His response in summary to that:
I'm blocking you on aim and I want to talk to Philly about this I am also going to invoice the payment I sent you and this is also a complete joke.

My response to that:
Alright I will too and make a thread on FK to what they think.

I want to know what you guys think about this topic. I tried to add no bias in here because I truly want to know opinions of what you think. I am not even looking to sell Loyal like I am to Curse.

My view to the situation: He got what he paid for: co leading Loyal for however long I had it.

His view to the situation: I am taking selling Loyal and now he won't co-lead it. Basically he wants either a longer membership or he didn't like how something went and wants a refund.

Edit/ This thread is extremely similar to the thread that @Michael had. Also if you vote you should at least attempt to post your reasoning. I am really interested in this.

@Woke is banned for having a warning level of 100%. I do not believe that is co-leader and role model material. If he cared for Loyal, then he wouldn't earn all those warning levels. If I was in your shoes, I would not repay him a cent as he got what he paid for, not even a small sum of the funds. You could also sell the group and put terms that @Woke must stay co-leader if purchased, so he does not lose anything.

I never stated it had anything to do with leading a group, mate. A co-leader is meant to be the one helping and supporting the group whilst being an admirable member of the community.

Thanks for posting! I would like to know actual analyzing for this thread though and not friends voting for friends. I have not/will not have any friends told to vote. I am fair and want to see real votes and not biased fake votes that you didn't even read the thread. Thanks.

May I ask how long was he in the group for?

He has been the co leader for a month. Regardless, he still got what he paid for.

I stand by my point. He should stay co-leader even if the group is sold.

Personally I don't think you should pay him anything. But if it really comes down to it, give him the percentage that he initially invested.

To put that into perspective, if you paid $200 for the group, and he paid $50 for his spot, then he would technically deserve 20% of your selling price.
Again, I don't believe he should receive any of the money, as he is banned, but if you really deem it necessary to pay him, I would suggest using the solution mentioned above.

I don't think co-leader spots should be sold in the first place. But he paid for it And he got it so he can't complain. He should understand you need the money.

I'm refunding him half the money he paid only because I feel bad. In the real world you don't get shit back once you pay for something. That is the same as saying you should get your money back even after the thing you bought and used so much breaks on you after time. That is absolutely illogical and anyone on this entire site can vouch for that. You get what you get and you don't cry a fit. I will either add him into whoever buys the group or refund him half his money.

One month is fairly long, you could pay a little back in good will, but then he was banned so maybe not?

Dude you have to do what you got to do. I knew from day one that @Woke was just hungry for this shit and he will get pissed if he gets demoted and shit.

I dont know, just tell him to fuck off and deal with it.
