I recently managed to recover a very old account that was given to me by a friend in Runescape. The account is more than 5 years old, so I will be able to get a veterans cape on it. Is there any special price people will be willing to pay for an account with a veterans cape? 
Also, if i were to get 99 mage on the account, along with the veterans cape, how much would the account go for? (Assuming that the veterans cape is worth something)
