My parents did that to me once. They got a PS3 box and put textbooks into it. Nuff said. :\

My dad loved to do this to me as a kid. I'm now skeptical of when he gives me gifts.

They do realize that he may be a little bit too young to understand the hilarity of the joke? Which in my opinion is a tad bit cruel to do to a child.

I don't want to be racist buuut... *trails off*

That's the sort of thing I might do to my kids (in the distant future), the only difference is I would actually buy the console and either surprise them a minute after or just wrap it up as another present ._.
