I'm going off what @orc said about tagging groups. Some people had doubts but I wanted to pose a viable usage for it. For example it gets annoying on "pardon requests" and scam reports to tag all staff. So it could be as easy as @staff . Another viable usage is if staff posts an important update or newsletter they could tag @everyone and we will all get the memo. Communication is key, especially in a forum with such diverse demographic, and when an important message needs to be relayed it's imperative that everyone receives it. This would include but is not limited to community warnings and scam reports. I know personally I have missed many reports due to the time zone differences and what not.
The list goes on, and I'm sure that this is alot to think about. But I know it would be a worthwhile implementation in the near future. I know the saying goes "if it ain't broke don't fix it", but they never said anything about evolving.
