Depending with who your dealing with. Western Union is a legit company, the person your dealing with could be a scammer. You can never ensure if you're going to get scammed or not but you could send the money to me, show a picture of scan the document of proof you sent the payment (blocking the mtcn number for safety reasons obv) and then I could send some % of gold or something.. pick up gold and send the rest after.

I wouldn't be buying 1.5B as I don't have that kind of money.

The only reason people make WU accounts is to have the fee's reduced...
All you have to do is go to a place where they have Western Union service (go on their website to check which location has it) and send money through them.. you fill out a form, thats it.
