Maybe some of us has has a favorite name or they realy don't like the name that their parents give.if you given a change to change your name you will change it?

I have thought about myself, but I figure, why bother. This is the name that was given me and I might as well leave it. Now, if I had become famous or something, I would have picked a stage name for myself.

No,I will not change my name.
I like my name and someone told me what does my name means in their language and I really like what does my name means.
Well, even if I didn't come to know the meaning of my name from other language...I still like my name and will never change it.

Honestly, I want to change my name because it is too common but I would rather not since my friends know me by this name and they like calling me by that name. They say it fits me..

Me also mate,i want also to change my name because before i don't like it.according to my mom,my gradma is the one who give me that name.my name is arnelia, what's your real name bytheway?

Quick answer to this, NO.

Why? Because I believe that I got one of the most best name in world and that is CHRISTOPHER. Who would not want that name especially that name means Christ bearer. Even it is common, very common, I still love it and standing for that name.

I've a perfectly common name and I've no complain against it. There are already ways on how to legally change your name but of course you have to spend a huge amount of money since changing a name entails changing government records. So it's just a question of how much money you have. Personally, I don't think I would change my name since there's really no reason why I should, besides, it's the name given to me by my parents so I'm retaining it out of respect.

No. I definitely choose my name if there's a chance for changes. I would love to remember how my grandmother has chosen my unique name. The history of being chosen and the history behind it. If my name was quite common, i would prefer to change it but since it is unique, even in spelling, i would like to keep it though my teachers were really paranoid to spell and pronounce it. :D

No i wouldn't change my name. i'm conted for whatever it is. I'll just respect what my parents has given to me.

The following reason why I wouldn't change my name are:
1. I don't have any criminal records.
2. Its very expensive to change a name.
3. Im contented with my name ; And lastly;
4. I believe my parents think 100 times to give me a decent name.

It's too late to change, now i am 32 and on this stage i don't want to change my name. Changing my name should be run many problem in my life. I should change my name from everywhere their it's exist. That's mean wasting of time and wasting of money.

Hi

Well as per saying what is in a name, its your work which actually matters however i ve become famed person with the name i ve got by the parents, manjudh, that it.
Moreover i like that name, its my personality and mark of identity in my circle both home and abroad.

Yes,I want to change my name and it is possible but need to spend time for different processes..I don't think it is urgent for me...

I am happy with my name and grateful to my parents for the name they gave me. Changing names I think is like changing personality. I don't think we should change the name we are baptized with. There are some ways you can change your name by having another alias name. In forums, in writings, and other activities we can name ourselves to our likings but what we are and who we are would always be the same as our real name.

Nah! I am contented with the name my parents gave me. It's their legacy so why I would want to change it?

When I was young I wanted to change my name but now I realized that I actually like it and thankful of having it as my name. Because my name is a warrior and powerful. When I grew up I realized that I am also a warrior myself coz I'm a brave woman just like my name. My name is a Goddess and I also feel like I am a goddess too.
