Depends on how my aging would go about. I'd always like to be up and mobile and in a somewhat healthy condition, if aging that much had not affected me, it'd possibly be considered. Then again I'm not sure if I'd be able to handle watching everyone I knew passing away before me.
If my family had stayed with me, I'd say yes. It'd be interesting to see what the future entails as of technology for everyone.

Just a thought, and maybe a bit off topic, but if this were to happen, how do think we would deal with over population? Would every country be set a limit on how many babies they could have? I mean, sure it would be awesome to live forever but what about how crammed everyone would be. And to answer the thread question, personally I would not like to because I would get bored as fuck, and I am super curious to see what happens when you die.

I would defiantly choose to live forever ; I feel it'd be pretty awesome to go be so intellectual about everything, I'm pretty sure it'd get to a point where you'd start and slowly learn everything about everything. You would be apart of many movements, many generations and would have lots to see. Maybe after so long I would start to develop telekinesis thus I'd be the most supreme creature in the universe. Which in my head is pretty badass.

I wouldn't live forever. I feel life would get repetitive after a few hundred years. and if you did chose to would your body just keep ageing or what?

I think that's up to you. I think it could go either way, perhaps with anti-ageing being developed after the first bi-centenarians are alive and well.

I would love to live forever but for example time just stops right now and no one ever ages. it would be awful seeing everyone you meet and know die again and again But at the same time been able to do anything and have no limits would be an amazing feeling I want to say... Yes I would but I think after a few 100 years it would be horrible :/

Immortality would be a blessing. I would be the smartest man in the world, by far, after time. I would make unbelievable discoveries. I would invent what mankind, by itself, would never be able to. I could do whatever I wished, for how ever long I wanted to. I could get anything I wanted in time. I could fall in love again and again, a new experience everytime. I'd watch civilizations rise and fall, and still be there when it's all gone. There is a certain numbness you gotta have to deal with suffering. But the suffering does not outweigh so many advantages. Immortality comes with great power. I could fight wars by myself. Defend my homeland by myself. Shit, I'd be a fucking superhero if I wanted to. If you are upset that you will outlive your loved ones, just imagine how much you will help the rest of civilization with your existence. Imagine the possibilities. I would, without a doubt, live forever.

As I type 1 diabetic I hope I can at least stay alive until an artificial pancreas is available to myself, so yes I would like to live forever in that sense.

What.. Why.. Trust me you wouldn't want to be alive if there was no civilization or humanity you would go absolutely crazy and mental. Yea I'd be cool for how ever long humanity lasts after that it's nothing it probably would be the worst thing anyone could ever ask for.
