Ok this is how shit used to go down all the way til like 3 months ago...
Why can we not just get back down to these prices???

 
its the demand of tags that make prices sky rocket if nobody needed/wanted them so badly they wouldnt sell for so much
 
I love how Markers went from $6 to being sold for $100 or more
 
I like how i was going to buy exterminator last year for 40 when it was still spaced but detroit on hf scammed it from barricade so i didnt want to get involved... Ended up trading t h o r n and 100 pp for it. All the tags now are shit or spaced. If you're able to find one you even kinda like you might as well hold onto it.
 
As previously stated the demand of tags has increased dramatically. There is not a high inflow of good quality tags, so now people can put outrageous prices on their tags. If there was a member selling their OGs for cheap prices then everybody would see that and when it would come down to them selling their tags they will put low prices too. I am afraid OGs prices will increase even more regardless of the resets. The gamertag market will never decrease in prices apparently and I believe its non reversable. :/

Non reversible? Lol... If there is another reset prices will drop because im sure there will be plenty of shops. People looking to just make cash on things they got free. After time goes by yes the prices will skyrocket. Back when i was involved in the runescape name marketplace, i would steal names from their flawed recovery system. Shit like blue, master, wolf, gold, a few 1 letters, sold them for mostly 20-40 bucks a pop. Jagex deletes display names and tons of names are available... Prices skyrocket. Makes no sense.
 
People tend to get Greedy and want more money. Some people on fk gets tags for super cheap and sell them for double or sometimes triple from the price they originally bought their tags for. I believe tags will stay at the prices they are at and will continue to get more expensive regardless of resets. Unless more people start becoming like you Jet I doubt we will see a decrease in prices.

Dude in janurary my friend bought Fore for 60$. November now goes for 50. That's almost a x10 increase. I remember when L d was sold for 1600 msp.

lol TJ got L d, H o, U 6, etc. all from the same guy for 1600 MSP each and he was the same guy I got I F from.
 
Cost and demand, that is exactly what this is. The market is too poor right now to be letting really nice tags go for $25. You can only wish it turned around but even then the prices would still be high, since it's accepted for them to be.
 
I know I don't understand I get its harder to find oG's now but 300+ for a solid oG is ridiculous imo I try to sell some of mine to close friends for cheap or nothing cause its just dumb
 
Yeah, I usually still get my shit hella cheap.

we can use Kev as an example. he's selling ua9 on a silver with no GS/MSP/Tenure/no friendslist
for 40$ Its a 3 character. unless it has good stats and a fresh 3 month then maybe. I bought a 3 character with a fresh 3 month/good good CoD Stats and insane og friends list. at the end I ended up swapping the tag to a silver and sold for 15$ thats what 3 chars should be priced at. unless like its swapped on a DLC/stats stacked account. I think 3chars are the most easy to buy
