wtf is "Character Evading"?

So I was looking at my rep and saw this warning level at 10%. I examined and found it was issued by Chrisy and issued because of "Character evading." wtf is that? My guess is that I didn't exceed 21 characters in a reply to my Q H thread, when telling someone what the tag was sold for....

Not hating or anything but jeez Christy with that I look like a scammer o.o is it necessary?

Yeah it's necessary. Also, it doesn't make you look like a scammer since scammers aren't given warnings. They're banned.

I quoted a post, so I didn't "character evade"

I think they need to chill with the warnings they give

It doesent make you a scammer. And character evading is when you post something that is not within the 25 character limit, or post like

"vouch................" or something similar

You need 25 legit words in your post using a lot of dots and symbols won't count

I have gotten this a few times now..
taught me to not post like one word after you quote somebody..

its when you post with less then 25 characters. as in letters in your post.

So for example.

"Yeah thats nice."
"Yeah..................... Thats Nice.............................."
"Yeah hahahahahahahahahahahaha."
"Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh."

These would all be examples of a character evade.
Hope you understand the rule.
