Okay, so i'm trying to reset my password on hotmail.. I go to the I forgot password page.. Enter in the email and capatcha and it just takes me back to the home page?! WTF, aren't i suppose to be able to reset it with some security info? Someone please help me..

I remember this happening to me before, Idk if this will help and you might have tried it but use a diff browser or computer if you can, and clear everything like logins and cache and everything and try again. If not hotmail might just be fucking up for a bit or something

Hahaha well I hope it works I mean I cant remember how I fixed it before but it def happened to me
