I think you should have for example 100 posts to advertise your own RSPS, as else it will come advertisers that makes one thread and then leaves. Just like the [hiddden=x], sure, donators should be able to post there whatever their post count is. I guess you even can make a limit on viewing threads in the RuneScape Giveaway section.

I like limits of views but people will find new threads and mass F5 so other people can't get them.
