Xbox account help I guess?

So I have a question,
So I have this account on my xbox right
It's signed in, I know the email obviously
But I dont have access to the email anymore
I do not know the password to the account (or the email like I just said)
I need to change the password on the account
Is their anyway I can change it without knowing any of that other stuff with just the account signed in on my xbox?

If it lets you sign into your account on the 360, I can tell you how to find out the email at least. Go to settings, click account, go over to "your information" click account security. It will show you your email there, then you will be able to reset it from live.com

Thank you, I know the email though, it says it on the top right on the main menu too
I don't have access to the email though
And I don't know the password to the account

If you have the security info to the email, you can reset it from live.com
If you don't maybe @solic can answer this for you.
